＜p＞Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich Politik - Politische Theorie und Ideengeschichte, Note: 2,0, Friedrich-Alexander-Universit?t Erlangen-N?rnberg (Institut f?r Politische Wissenschaft), Veranstaltung: HS Geschichte der Gewaltenteilungsidee, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Als einer der der wichtigsten geschichtsphilosophischen und staatstheoretischen Denker ging Montesquieu in die Geschichte ein. Bereits zu Lebzeiten galt sein 1748 er-schienenes Hauptwerk 'Vom Geist der Gesetze' (im Original: De l'esprit des lois) als Bestseller. Gerade das sechste Kapitel des elften Buches, das sog. Englandkapitel mit seinem Modell der Machtteilung, sorgte f?r gro?es Aufsehen und ist bis heute ein zent-raler Punkt der Gewaltenteilungslehre. 'Montesquieu ist zwar nicht der Erfinder der Machtteilungsdoktrin, wohl aber ihr He-rold.' Selbstverst?ndlich gab es bereits lange Zeit vor ihm Gedanken zu Mischverfas-sung und Machtteilung - man denke nur an Polybios oder Machiavelli, doch mit seiner Abhandlung nahm er diesen Gedanken erneut auf und entwickelte ein in seinen Augen ideales Staatsmodell, das verfassungsgeschichtlich hohe Relevanz hatte und bis heute noch hat. In dieser Arbeit soll nun prim?r die Gewaltenteilungslehre nach Montesquieu in ihren wichtigsten Merkmalen erl?utert und untersucht werden. Zun?chst gehe ich dabei auf Montesquieus Biographie ein, da gerade seine Reise nach England ein Motiv f?r seine Arbeit war. Danach wird das Englandkapitel aus 'Vom Geist der Gesetze' in den Vor-dergrund treten, wobei auch eine gesonderte Betrachtung des britischen Parlamenta-rismus notwendig ist, um die daran anschlie?ende Vorstellung der vier Teile des Mo-dells, sowie auch das gesamte montesquieu'sche Modell zu verstehen. Nach einer ausf?hrlichen Vorstellung von Montesquieus Machtteilungsmodell folgt eine kurze kon-textuelle Interpretation in Bezug auf das gesamte Werk, bzw. eine gesonderte Betrach-tung des Mischverfassungsaspekts in Bezug zur Machtteilung. In this second volume, he illuminates their significance for Heidegger’s phenomenology of perception and his philosophy of history. At stake is the possibility of a new experience and understanding of being. Taking us beyond the metaphysical understanding of ＜em＞being,＜/em＞ Heidegger proposes to introduce a new key word ＜em＞Seyn＜/em＞ (＜em＞beyng＜/em＞). Beyng is the ＜em＞Da-sein＜/em＞-appropriating event in which a clearing occurs as an open dimension for the time-space interplay of concealment and unconcealment, an interplay within which beings are experienced in regard to the various modes and inflections of presence and absence that the grammar of temporalities articulates. Concentrating on the appropriation of seeing and hearing as capacities and capabilities bearing promising potentialities that could be developed, Kleinberg-Levin examines seeing and hearing in the context of Heidegger’s critique of the history of metaphysics, wherein vision has served as paradigm for knowledge, truth, and reality. He shows that, in Heidegger’s philosophy of history, seeing and hearing are given a role in the transformation of the character of humanity, redeeming their own inherent potential. Perceptual experience has undergone accelerating processes of deformation and reification, encouraging a disposition that makes it serve technological and technocratic imperatives; but we might begin to redeem the promising potential in seeing and hearing, turning their damaged and dehumanized character, and their violence, towards the creation of a new planetary existenceーwhat Heidegger imagines through the topology of the fourfold: earth and sky, mortals and the gods who embody our ideals.
