Aber es wird nicht genau gesagt, wie diese Qualit?tssicherung zueinander korreliert. Hilbert Meyer hat neben vielen anderen deutschsprachigen Autoren wie Andreas Helmke ein Werk zur Unterrichtsqualit?t verfasst. Diese Notwendigkeit bestand nicht nur seit den TIMSS und Pisa-Studien und dem daraus resultierenden Bestreben, den Unterricht und somit den Erfolg der Sch?lerinnen und Sch?ler in Deutschland zu verbessern. Ziel dieser Arbeit soll es sein, die Kriterien guten Unterrichts darzustellen und die Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede zu den Kriterien guter Schule herauszuarbeiten. Hierbei soll auch auf die Schulentwicklung und deren Auswirkungen auf die Sicherung, Erhaltung und Entwicklung von Qualit?t eingegangen werden. Diese Arbeit soll versuchen, anhand erziehungswissenschaftlicher Literatur, Antworten auf Fragen des Zusammenhangs zwischen gutem Unterricht und guter Schule, zu finden. Im Teil A der Hausarbeit werden die Kriterien guten Unterrichts und guter Schule dargestellt. Hierbei werden ?hnlich wie bei Hilbert Meyer, Arbeitsdefinitionen formuliert, die eine Grund- und Ausgangsvoraussetzung f?r das weitere Verst?ndnis der Thematik schaffen sollen. Die Merkmale guten Unterrichts und guter Schule sollen hier weitgehend nach Helmke und Meyer erl?utert werden, so dass Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede und die gegenseitige Beeinflussung verdeutlicht werden k?nnen. An dieser Stelle soll ein Bezug zur Schulentwicklung hergestellt werden. Teil B, C und D sollen einen Einblick in ausgew?hlte drei Bereiche einer guten Schule geben, so dass die theoretischen Grundlagen an praktizierten M?glichkeiten und Methoden transparent dargestellt werden k?nnen. Hierbei sollen die Anwendungsgebiete kurz erl?utert und die Erfolgsaussichten diskutiert werden. Ausgew?hlt wurden hierzu Ganztagsschulen, demokratisch ausgerichtete Schulen und offene Unterrichtsformen.
