Anschlie?end wird erkl?rt, mit was sich die Gl?cksforschung besch?ftigt und welche Verfahren in der Praxis angewendet werden. Dabei soll auch auf Indikatoren wie Net Affect oder U-Index eingegangen werden. Mit ihnen k?nnen zeitliche und ?rtliche Schranken ?berwunden werden und die Zufriedenheit von Personen unter verschiedenen Gegebenheiten verglichen werden. In einem weiteren Teil untersuchen wir das Gl?cksempfinden der Menschen im Bezug auf ?konomische Aspekte. The author argues that as Dalits’ economic and political position improves, ‘honour’ becomes crucial to social status.
