Auch ver?ndert sich das Bildungswesen durch die Etablierung multimedialer Lernhilfen, die nicht nur in formellen Bildungseinrichtungen zum Einsatz kommen, sondern auch privates Lernen zeit?konomisch und flexibel in den Alltag integrierbar machen. Dass derlei neue Lernformen in der Regel au?erhalb des Bildungswesens entwickelt werden, ist bezeichnend f?r die Bedeutung des informellen Bildungsbereichs einer innovativen Gesellschaft . In Teil 2 dieser Arbeit wird der Begriff des informellen Lernens eingegrenzt, eine ?bersicht ?ber die wichtigsten Lebensbereiche gegeben, in denen informelle Kompetenzen erworben werden und ein Konzept des modernen Bildungsbegriffes vorgestellt, das den Aspekt der sozialen Integration miteinbezieht und den Blick auf Chancengleichheit bez?glich der Zug?nglichkeit zu verschiedenen Bereichen der informellen Bildung erfordert. Dementsprechend werden in Teil 3 einige Untersuchungen umrissen, die sich mit der Abh?ngigkeit informeller Bildungschancen von sozialem und kulturellem Kapital befassen. In Anlehnung an Bordieus Habitus-Theorie wird auf die informellen Bildungsbereiche der Medien, der ehrenamtlichen T?tigkeit und des arbeitsintegrierten Lernens als informeller Form der beruflichen Weiterbildung eingegangen.
